Zylogic Technologies is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be accepted for our services and products.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:

  • If a repair service cannot be completed due to unavailability of parts or other technical issues
  • If a customer cancels a service before the technician begins the repair
  • If a product purchased from us is found to be defective within 7 days of purchase

Non-Refundable Items/Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Successfully completed repair services
  • Diagnostic fees (if applicable)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized tampering

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments can be cancelled:

  • At least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
  • Within 24 hours of the appointment, cancellations may incur a service charge of up to 25% of the estimated cost

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@zylogictech.com within 7 days of service or product delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Any refunds approved by the company it will take 7 working days to credit to your original source account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
